To work collaboratively to advance the field, and to create a community of practice around this important issue
Occasional face to face and online working conference sessions in which people present on topics they are researching (or interested in researching) for discussion.

We are committed to a global conversation
Because Collaborative made the acronym ICEE and we didn’t want to be confused with the frosty beverage (although that was entertaining)
The conversation and work is for everyone who intersects with evaluation – commissioners, people who fall into it, people who have it as one piece of what they do, people who are doing it but don’t know it, and people who consider themselves evaluators
We’re interested in learning and teaching about evaluation in any sector or setting
